Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of CBC Building Base Building Accessibility Upgrade, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
Upgrades to CBC building exterior, accesses, and interior to meet accessibility codes and requirements. The project will be phased into two (2) phases. This RFB is targeting both phases as shown in the drawings prepared by 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors dated October 3, 2025. Phase I is to commence immediately upon contract award and must be completed by March 31, 2026. Phase II is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2026.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held on site at 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Assemble by the security desk at the main entrance of CBC building located at 2440 Broad Street, Regina, Saskatchewan.
