Expand the Cambridge Food Co-op Community Kitchen

The Cambridge Food Co-op, Inc. in Cambridge, NY is planning on expanding its current retail and commercial building. This work will be done pursuant to a grant awarded to the Co-op by New York State. The expansion will add and expand facilities to its current retail operation. For now, the Co-op will enter into contracts with Architects, Engineers and other professionals to develop a full set of Contract Drawings in order to achieve the approval of the Board of Directors and retain a General Contractor to construct the expansion.
