Description



This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.



The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for a Refuse Collection and Recycling Services for the 99th Readiness Division two (2) facilities in Abingdon, VA and Marion, VA. Additional details of this project can be found in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and facility maps.



Responses should address the following items:



(1) Please indicate which NAICS code is the most appropriate for procuring cleaning, inspection and all other aspects of the draft PWS. In your response, please address NAICS Codes: 562111 “Solid Waste Collection” with a size standard of $47 million.



(2) Address any concerns or unclear information within the draft PWS and/or facility map.



(3) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.



(4) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirements?



(5) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement? If so, what percentage of the work do you anticipate performing?



(6) Provide your organizations name, address, email address, Website address, phone number and a point of contact to reach.



(7) Provide a statement including current small/large business including socioeconomic status (8a, SDB, HubZone, etc.) Under NAICS Code 562111 and company profile to (office location(s), CAGE Code, UEI number, etc.). This is a follow-on requirement, current contract No. W15QKN-19-P-1042 and incumbent contractor-NEIE, Inc.. Period of Performance ended on 27 February 2025. No more current contract and incumbent contractor information will be released, please don’t send inquiry emails.
