The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified legal firms to provide general and specific legal services to the Authority and their respective Board of Directors. The successful Offeror shall have experience in federal, state and local government law for Authorities in Virginia, preferably including experience with environmental, land-use, regulatory, procurement, contract, and employment law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The selected firm will work in close confidence with the Executive Director, Executive Staff, and the Board of Directors to provide comprehensive work and services including attendance at monthly Board meetings.
