New Hanover County Recycling & Solid Waste Department is accepting proposals for the grinding of recycled construction, demolition, and vegetative waste. Services are to be completed onsite at the New Hanover County Landfill at 5210 Hwy. 421 N., Wilmington, NC, as more fully described below under Section 3 - “Scope of Work”.
