Sun-Sentinel, Florida Administrative Register and other media outlets will be used for advertisements.
There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting on March 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., EST at 3501 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33134. Building 10, Broward College Central Campus.

Responses to Questions or requests for information will be sent to all subcontractors via email on Monday, March 30th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., with the subject line: Responses  Broward College (#OP-26-010.01)
All BIDS MUST be received NO LATER than April 07, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., EST electronically through Building Connected. Bids MUST be submitted through the Building Connected portal in order to be considered responsive. Emailed and late bids will not be accepted.
DO NOT DELIVER BIDS TO BROWARD COLLEGE. (All electronic sealed bids will be logged in & time/date stamped when received in Building Connected.
All bids will be opened publicly with Broward College on April 07, 2026, at 2:15 p.m., EST at Broward College Central Campus, Building 23, Room 103, 3501 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33314. Broward College reserves the right to waive minor technicalities.
