Overview
Summary

This project involves the evaluation of existing electrical conditions within the 29th Street pump house. This project includes a complete assessment of the electrical to include but not limited to pumps, wiring, breakers, panel, lighting, and HVAC. This assessment is essential for restoring the operational functionality of the pump station and addressing its most critical failure.

Background

The pump station serves to both collect stormwater during rainfall events and groundwater, subsequently directing it to Fountain Creek to avert flooding. Given the current failure of the station, a vactor truck is needed to vacuum the wet well on a daily basis.
