This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice from industry concerning the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) Cafeteria which is located within the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) for market research purposes. The announcement does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP) and is not an indication that the DOC will contract for any of the items and/or services presented in this document and attachments. Any formal solicitation that may subsequently be issued will be announced separately. Information on the specific topics of interest is provided in the following sections of this announcement.
