26-07 Agricultural Lease of FCZD Property - River Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham, Washington 98225 for the following.

Agricultural LEASE OF fLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT PROPERTY

(River Road)

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, January 27, 2026

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District (FCZD) requests proposals from qualified individuals or entities that are interested in leasing the “River Road Property” for agricultural purposes.
