F-35 Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Hardware

The Defense Information Systems Agency / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225, intends to compete a requirement full and open for brand-name equipment from ITI Engineering (ITI), the original equipment manufacturer, in support of the F-35 Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN).

The proposed contract action is for a new firm fixed price purchase order to an authorized reseller of ITI for the procurement of four portable memory device (PMD) extension modules (PEMs) and two ODIN Base Kit (OBK) Gammas hardware for testing purposes, which will enable the evaluation and assessment of the PEMs and OBK Gammas’ critical components in the existing ODIN system.

The delivery schedule for the six items is 90 days after an anticipated award by September 15, 2025. Further details, including how to obtain the solicitation, will be available on SAM.gov.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501(a)(ii).

The North American Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 will be used for determining company size status.
