Project: CC-7278-26/NBM – 3500 Sanford Avenue Housing - Residential Grinder Lift Station

Scope of Work: Seminole County is soliciting bids for the installation of (5) residential grinder lift stations at 3500 Sanford Ave. Sanford, FL 32771. Contractor to bid on installation and connection to City of Sanford sanitary sewer system according to the provided plans. Project timeline is as follows: 150 days to substantial completion with an additional 30 days to final completion for a total of 180 days. This is inclusive but not limited to permitting, engineering, and related matters pertaining to the completion of the project.

The Engineer’s estimate for the project is $540,000.00
