Contract 26-1 RWMA Aerobic Digestors No. 1 and No. 2 Tank Painting for Robesonia Wernersville Municipal Authority

Project Description: The Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority (Authority) is soliciting sealed bids online via the PennBid electronic procurement program up to 10:00 AM on August 14, 2026 for Contract 26-1 RWMA Aerobic Digestors No. 1 and No. 2 Tank Painting for the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost from PennBid at www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
The work on this project includes but is not limited to coating the interior and exterior of both Aerobic Digestors No. 1 and No. 2 Tanks at the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is noted that all concrete repair work will be completed under an already awarded contract to Eastern Environmental Contractors, LLC.
Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM on
August 14, 2026.

The Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to make award to such bidder who, in the judgment of the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority makes the most advantageous bid. Bids are invited from all qualified bidders.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
