Operation and Maintenance services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective and efficient manner and shall be in full compliance with NPDES Permit requirements of the USEPA, the Safe Drinking Water Act, applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
