The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking proposals from qualified affordable housing developers for the development of an affordable multifamily housing community on City-owned property located near the southeast corner of Rancho Cordova Parkway and Chrysanthy Boulevard. The selected developer will be responsible for financing, design, entitlements, construction, ownership, and long-term operation of the development. The City is seeking a development of at least 210 affordable housing units that provides long-term affordability, complements the surrounding community, and leverages state, federal, regional, private, and other funding sources while minimizing the need for additional City financial assistance.
