DeKalb County Department of Solid Waste Management is seeking a qualified contractor to provide scrap tire recycling services. DeKalb County is committed to protecting the environment, recognizing its vital contribution to the health, safety, welfare, and economic progress of the County and its citizens. Scrap tire recycling is an important part of that commitment and supports the County’s ongoing environmental stewardship efforts.
