REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – GRANT AND PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
The Northwest Arkansas Razorback Greenway Alliance (Alliance) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for grant and program administration. Services include development of a strategic operations plan, administration of a private capacity building grant, social media and marketing, website management, and oversight of key projects such as lighting infrastructure design and regional wayfinding signage updates along the Razorback Regional Greenway.
The selected firm will enter into a two-year contract, with the option for renewal not to exceed an additional two years. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, April 13, 2026, at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, 1311 Clayton Street, Springdale, AR 72762, or submitted electronically to tristan@razorbackgreenway.org .
Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. The Alliance reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
