Waterfront Redevelopment Opportunity
The City of Gloucester is seeking Expressions of Interest for a long-term lease of 65 Rogers Street. The City seeks creative, financially feasible development concepts that build upon ongoing public investment in Gloucester’s waterfront and downtown, strengthen the City’s unique waterfront industrial economy, and enhance Gloucester as both a working harbor and a cultural and visitor destination. The EOI package will be available on September 21, 2026 at bidnet direct. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on October 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct.
