Nabholz Construction Services-Little Rock is accepting Specialty Subcontractor and Supplier proposals on the above-mentioned project. We invite you to bid on any Trade Package or work in which you specialize. All bid proposals will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual (“CM Manual”).

Trade Packages included in this bid invitation: Sitework/ Storm Drainage, Concrete, Miscellaneous Metal, Joint Sealants, Security Grilles, Painting, Signage, Specialties, Athletic Equipment, PEMB Erection, Electrical, Synthetic Turf System, Fencing/ Hardware, and Seeding.
Brief Job Description: Construction of a new multi-use practice pavilion on the existing practice field.
BID OPENING INFORMATION: Bids will be read aloud in the downstairs training room at the Nabholz Little Rock office (1718 Aldersgate Rd, Little Rock, AR 72205) at 2:00 PM on 4/02/2026. All trade contractors that wish to hear the bids read aloud are welcome to attend the bid opening.
Proposals will be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday April 2nd. via uploading to Building Connected or emailed to the above email addressee’s up to 2:00 P.M. Bids received after the above-mentioned closing time will not be accepted. Bids are to be on a lump sum basis and on the required Bid Form. Bidders must comply with regulatory & licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. A 5% Bid Bond is required for bids over
$35,000, made out to Nabholz Construction.
Hand delivered bids to Nabholz Little Rock office at 1718 Aldersgate Road need to be “in a sealed envelope” with the job name and bid package name on the outside of the envelope. There will be a drop off box under the covered awning at the front entrance.
Bids will be accepted and reviewed for completeness. All bids will be taken under advisement. The Owner and Nabholz Construction Services reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
All safety regulations, including, federal (OSHA), state, and local, Construction Manager policy. See Section 007 Health and Safety Requirements in the Bid Packet. In addition, Construction Manager will enforce a NO SUBSTANCE ABUSE policy and will not permit the use of tobacco on the Project site. Nabholz is an equal-opportunity employer.
