Town of Geneseo Long Point Stormwater Management Facility

The Town of Geneseo is seeking proposals for engineering services for the construction of a new stormwater management facility on property located on Long Point Road (Co Rd 32) and West Lake Road (NYS Rte. 256), in the Town of Geneseo. The services to be provided shall include the following: (1) Review of the 2024 Update Feasibility Study for the Long Point Drainage Improvements Project to identify proposed project parameters; (2) Site reconnaissance and evaluation of the current conditions of the project site; (3) Development and delivery of engineering construction drawings and technical specifications (including material cost and rental equipment cost); (4) Obtaining the necessary state and federal permits; and construction inspection services.
The total funding available for stormwater engineering services is not to exceed $147,817.00, with design/permitting services not to exceed $107,050.00 and construction inspection services not to exceed $40,767.00.
