Description
The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) ? Randolph, Texas (TX), is requesting proposals for an AETC-wide BOS MAC IDIQ, with a $4 Billion ceiling. The solicitation identifier is FA300225R0008. The purpose of establishing the AETC BOS MAC IDIQ is to provide an AETC enterprise contracting solution for AETC bases covering the following twenty (20) BOS Performance Work Statement (PWS) service areas: transient aircraft maintenance, resource management, communications and information technology, visual information, publishing management, installation management, operations and management, installation engineering, grounds management, custodial services, emergency management, vertical transportation equipment, fire and emergency services, airfield management, supply and logistics material management services, transportation, purchasing, community services, human resources, and weather. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 - Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $47 million, Service Code: S216, Facilities Operations Support Services. The period of performance will consist of one (1) five-year basic ordering period, and one (1) five-year ordering period option; a total ordering period of ten (10) years. The proposed solicitation will be a competitive Total Small Business (SB) set-aside with an embedded 8(a) Pool for existing 8(a) requirements. Currently, AETC has four (4) BOS requirements, and one (1) Base Maintenance Contract (BMC) awarded by the 338th ESS. These five (5) standalone ?C? type contacts were awarded by 338th ESS at JBSA Randolph AFB, TX and are administered at their respective base contracting offices. The consolidation of the current five (5) standalone contracts provides streamlined policies and procedures at the task order level by utilizing FAR 16.505, Ordering, to shorten the time to award; thus, reducing contract and administrative costs for both the contractor and Government. The above description of work is for the purpose of general information about the solicitation and consolidation efforts only and is not intended encompass the entire scope of work. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking SAM.gov website and the PIEE Solicitation module for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. This solicitation does not commit the Government to award a contract. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 1200 CDT, 14 July 2025. In consideration for the 04 July 2025 holiday, proposals are due by 1500 CDT, 05 August 2025.
