Term Contract for Roofing Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide roofing repair, installation, and removal services . Generally, the roofs installed on campus range in age from the early 1990s to 2025 and are most often Elevate (previously Firestone) or Carlisle .090 EPDM systems. A Campus Wide Roof Program is managed by Facilities Management which executes the Work through three main scopes: campus-wide repairs, wholesale replacement, and emergency repair services. The Program as well as an annual roof survey dictates the scope of work to be performed by the Contractor(s) each year. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s), hereinafter, shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park may award multiple zero-dollar term contracts to Term Contractors to provide the proposed Services. Term Contractors will sign an agreement for a three (3) year initial term which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by Roswell Park is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term.
