Description:

Bronx Psychiatric Center located at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461, is seeking preventive maintenance of water and sewer services at its location.

An optional site visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00AM ET.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Thursday, November 13, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Thursday, November 20, 2025, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Tuesday, December 2, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET.
