Description: The Olean Urban Renewal Agency is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified Certified Public Accounting firm to conduct the Financial and Compliance Audit of the OURA's operations. Services will include, but not limited to: Planning and performing the audit; Performing tests of documentary evidence; Evaluation of internal controls; Review of Management Letter; Draft and final Audit Report (includes approximately seven copies and an electronic copy); and Review of Year End Financial reports, if available.
