Description:

The purpose of this RFP evaluation is to provide additional and scalable resources to New York State Department of Labor’s Telephone Claims Center. The goal is to increase NYSDOL’s capacity to provide live-agent customer service to callers seeking assistance with New York’s Unemployment Insurance program.

Contract Term: One (1) year with two (2) optional one-year periods not to exceed twelve (12) months each at the discretion of NYSDOL.
