Gaffney Fire Station 14

The City of Gaffney will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM, local time, on February 24, 2026, at the Gaffney City Hall, 201 N. Limestone Street, Gaffney, South Carolina 29340 for Alterations and Additions to Gaffney Fire Station # 14, Gaffney, South Carolina. At this time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. A “Bid Guaranty” of not less than Five (5%) percent of the Base Bid is required.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Gaffney Fire Station No. 14, 1247 Overbrook Drive, Gaffney, South Carolina 29341. While attendance is not mandatory, your participation is encouraged.

Drawings and specifications for the project were prepared by Craig Gaulden Davis, LLC | PBK Architecture, 19 Washington Park, Greenville, South Carolina 29601 (Tel: 864-242-0761). General Contractors licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina may obtain sets of bid documents through the City of Gaffney Community Development Department. Bidders must obtain bidding Documents/Plans from the above listed source(s) and request to be listed as an official plan holder by contacting Jamie Caggiano, Assistant City Administrator of Emergency Services. To be eligible for consideration, bids must comply with the laws of the State of South Carolina and the Procurement Code of Cherokee County, South Carolina. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection by the Owner for thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. All other instructions concerning submission of a bid will be found in the “Instructions to Bidders”, which is a part of the Contract Documents.
