The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Letters of Interest / Statements of Qualifications, (“LOI / SOQ”) proposal package for prequalification, in order for the City of Annapolis may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit bids for construction phase services until 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous water and sewer tasks entailing replacement or installation of water and sewer lines, valves, manholes, services and appurtenances in residential, commercial, and/or historic City districts.
