Description: The Genesee Region of New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYSOPRHP) is soliciting quotes for herbicide treatment to be applied to Microstegium vimineum (Japanese Stiltgrass) located within Letchworth State Park. The project sites total approximately 4 acres of wooded terrestrial trails surrounded by Maple-Basswood Rich Mesic Forest and Appalachian Oak-Hickory Forest between the Big Bend Trailhead (#10) and Trillium Trailhead (#10A) with some scattered patches off trail in forested areas in-between. The combined treatment areas cover approximately four acres within a total 10-acre project area.
