GENERATOR MAINTENANCE
Description:

Rockland Community College has a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system that produces heat and electricity for its main campus located at 145 College Road, Suffern NY 10901. The CHP is tied to the utility power grid and runs in tandem with other remotely located power generation plants. The CHP is also referred to as Cogeneration (Cogen) plant. The terms Cogen and CHP are used interchangeably in the bid specifications.
