INVITATION FOR BIDS
E-RATE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Notice is hereby given to interested bidders that the Stone County School District will receive
written sealed bids for the following E-Rate eligible categories up to and no later than the hour
of 8:00 am on April 23rd, 2026 at the Stone County School District Office located at 214 North
Critz Street, Wiggins, MS 39577.
Internal Connections - Antennas, Connectors, and Related Components
Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections - Antennas, Connectors, and Related
Components
Managed Internal Broadband Services
Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections - Wireless Controllers
Internal Connections - Wireless Controllers and Necessary Software and Licenses

Bids will be opened at 8:00 a.m. April 23rd, 2026 at 214 North Critz Street, Wiggins, MS. Bids
must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows:
ATTN: SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN
"2026 E-Rate Bid"
Bid Opening: April 23, 2026 8:00 a.m.
Envelopes not so marked will not be considered.
As an alternate submission mechanism for Category 2 products and services, bids may
be submitted through secure electronic submission. Official Bid Documents are
available at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com). Electronic Bids may be

The Stone County School District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
