Contractor shall furnish all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide on call, as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services in Plumas County.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
