PURPOSE: The purpose of this NOTICE is to inform any interested parties that the TITLED PROCUREMENT has been CANCELLED in its entirety. Instead, it is anticipated that the VA intends to Award a National Contract or BPA to fulfill the requirement for the “SOFTWARE TRACKING SOLUTION FOR IMPLANT AND TISSUE BIOLOGICAL AND NON-BIOLOGICAL ITEMS.”
