Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor,
materials, equipment, tools, permits, travel, and incidental expenses necessary for the removal and
legal disposal of approximately 989 feet of existing perimeter chain link/cyclone fencing, including
one (1) 15-foot manual double gate, and furnish and install new wrought iron fencing and manual
gate.
