ITB 25-164 Construction of a New Animal Shelter Facility in Lecanto, Florida

Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid for ITB 25-164 Construction of a New Animal Shelter Facility in Lecanto, Florida located at 3150 W. Woodland Ridge Drive, Lecanto, Florida, including but not limited to, construction of a one-story building, site work, fill, utilities, drainage, grading, paving sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, directional signage, safety, and barricading. Contractor will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, codes and ADA requirements. Contractor will be responsible for all applicable licenses, permits, and fee/charges applicable to this project.
