The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide three (3) Rapid Infusion Systems, specifically designed for high-flow, high-performance infusion needs in critical care settings. These devices will be utilized in the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) for the administration of life-saving warmed fluids and blood products, particularly in trauma, surgery, and other emergency situations.
This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 (08/07/2025).
