GOVERNORS PARK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for the Governors Park Drainage Improvement project.  The project includes selective demolition of existing system(s), installation of the new drainage system, minor irrigation repairs, and sod replacement as required. This work is anticipated to be performed in the summer of 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 823 Meeting St., 2 nd floor, on September 25, 2025 at 10:00AM. Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 2:00PM, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting St.

Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at aeplanroom.com no earlier than September 18, 2025.
