SOLICITATION OF 3RD FLOOR BUILDING 13A IN ACCORDANCE WITH ICD 705 standards. Work includes selective demolition of existing interior construction, finishes and modifications to conference rooms, offices, corridor, and breakroom estimated 6,800 sq ft. Also included are the replacement of the existing HVAC and electrical system. In Accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The Government preliminary estimate order of Magnitude is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.**RELATED NOTICE ID - FA2823-25-R-1991 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE**Please be advised proposal due date is 17 June 2025The Government answer to RFI 110, Attachment L3 - is it acceptable for the Offeror to recreate the Government issued PDF Attachments into branded Word Document templates for ease of completing if we are not changing the overall formatting?, Is NO do not convert Government templates, all documentation should remain as submitted.Amendment 5- Is to allow update or confirmation that the proposal is valid and inclusive of all amendment changes. Please provide verification that all Amendments have been viewed and accounted for in proposals.
