Summary
Purpose of Solicitation: (Master Agreement) Janitorial Cleaning Services for the following lab:
Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, Implied Consent Laboratory, 168 Chandalar Place Drive, Pelham, AL 35124 for the period of October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. This lab will be relocating to Birmingham lab in December 2027. 2 Days Per Week General Cleaning - Daytime hours only 8a to 5p. Monday - Friday Cleaning: General offices, restrooms, training room, public areas, kitchens/breakrooms and warehouse Authorized company will furnish all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies. Please see the item line/s and provide bid pricing. "Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences will consider our budget when processing an award to a supplier for service. The agency must stay within budget when awarding a purchase order." |
