Employee Physician Engagement App

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the SHA and provide the information requested below.

SHA is examining options to implement an engagement app for SHA employees and physicians. The app is meant to directly communicate with its employees (approximately 45,000 people) and physicians (approximately 2,700 people). Feedback from employees and physicians through extensive internal communications research identified an app to address the significant gap that exists in reaching SHA’s predominantly non-desk-based workforce, many of which do not check organizational email. Through an initial market scan (the issuing of an RFI), SHA is looking to understand current technology offerings in the market that will assist with this direct communication.
