The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive proposals for Predictive Analytic Sensors Technology and Maintenance. KCAB seeks a qualified vendor to provide a predictive maintenance solution for a variety of assets to include AHUs, chillers, pumps, motors, blowers, and bag handling system components building on a program that has been previously tested. The solution will enable 24/7 condition monitoring, early anomaly detection, and actionable insights to reduce unplanned mechanical downtime, improve operational reliability, and enhance passenger experience. Objectives of this project are to detect, predict, and prevent failures of monitored assets using wireless sensors and live analytics. This predictive maintenance solution will support the shift from reactive to planned maintenance methodology on monitored assets.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 26-002-RFP
Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 183.142 and KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board
(“KCAB”) will receive proposals for Predictive Analytic Sensors Technology and Maintenance at the
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int’l Airport (“CVG”). Proposals must be received by Thursday,
February 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm. No proposals will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is
extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.
KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to
reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate
with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB.
Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law.
KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42
U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively
ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business
enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and
will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for
an award.
