Synopsis:

This project is to review and recommend how City of Saskatoon (COS) Access Control and Close Circuit Television (CCTV) initiative is managed for the next ten-year period. The goal is to enhance security solutions, ensure compliance, and leverage technological advancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Using the one city approach for both physical security functions and to support city operational units through business improvement by leveraging security solutions, such as CCTV.
