|
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-end contracts for fundamental and enhanced commissioning services in support of the County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP).on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year term with three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options. The number of contracts awarded will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a maximum of three (3) contracts.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on June 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
