Synopsis: The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is requesting quotations from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of ten (10) commercial grade TV displays, along with ten (10) compatible tilt wall mount options for the Northern Light Casino in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and Dakota Dunes Casino in Whitecap, Saskatchewan. Please see delivery points and required timelines under the Special Instructions to Bidders section in the RFQ document. See Appendix 1 for all product specifications and details. All TV displays must be capable of showing TV, sports, signage, etc. The successful vendor shall provide all equipment required for a complete supply, including applicable accessories, power cables, remote controls and mounting hardware. All items are to be shipped directly to the two locations (see delivery points table provided). The required specifications are in the details outlined in the table provided. Additional Information: Special Instructions to Bidders: Equivalent Substitutes models are allowed, provided they meet the required specifications set forth in this RFQ. Clearly outline in your bid submission if you are bidding on the item listed or bidding on an equivalent substitute. TV’s must be commercial grade and include, but not limited to, all standard features, all required accessories, controls, remotes, connectors, and any related software/hardware; and meet the specifications and requirements indicated within this RFQ.
