Invitation For Bids (IFB):
The Town of Maynard invites sealed bids for Commercial Moving Services during construction of the
new Green Meadow Elementary School. The work includes the moving and temporary storage of various
school furnishings, supplies and equipment as required to allow for the transfer out of the existing Green
Meadow Elementary School and into the new Green Meadow Elementary School. The move is scheduled
for late December 2026.
Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 30B, and other applicable
statutes.

A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held in the Green Meadow Elementary School Cafeteria, 5
Tiger Dr., Maynard, MA on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 3:30 PM, followed by a walkthrough.
Time, Date and Place for Bid Submission: Bids will be received on behalf of the Awarding Authority
electronically via email to Phil Palumbo (phil.palumbo@collierseng.com) until 2:00 PM, Wednesday,
June 3, 2026.
