DESCRIPTION: The Scope of Work is generally summarized as follows:
i. Replacing and installing new sprinkler water piping system,
ii. Replacing and installing new sprinkler heads,
iii. Performing a topography survey,
iv. Removing and replacing existing fire service connections,
v. Removing and replacing existing sidewalk, and
vi. Performing lead and asbestos abatement. asbestos abatement of all areas impacted by the work.
This is an IFB A+B Contract
Funding: FTA 100% Goals: DBE: 22.5 Est $ Range: $5M – 10M Contract Term: 730 Calendar Days
