NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide these services and supplies, especially Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Business. Firms that can provide these supplies are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (July 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) and a letter on manufacturer s letterhead stating your company is an authorized dealer/distributor with all responses. Please provide answers to the following bullets in your response.
PLEASE PROVIDE ANSWERS WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Company Size: example: Large, Small? Is your company the manufacturer of the items being requested?
Does your company exceed 500 employees?
Is your company engaged in the retail or wholesale trade and normally sells the type of item being supplied/requested?
Does your company take ownership or possession of the item(s) with its personnel, equipment or facilities in a manner consistent with industry practice? and
Will supply the end item of a small business manufacturer?
