The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering
firms for the Sun Haven Resiliency Planning Project (the Project). The Project generally entails
development of drainage improvements at Palmer Avenue and Spencer Drive including the performance
of field investigations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and the development of an engineering report
including the preliminary design of the recommended drainage improvements, and associated cost
estimates for implementation.
A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for May 27th 2025 at 11 am. Please use telephone number

prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFP, and we encourage all callers to have
Attachment E – Scope of Work Plan at hand during this call.
