on Lincoln Avenue in New Rochelle, NY 10801.

The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified vendors to Rehabilitate the Concrete Stairwell

and Adjacent Masonry Wall at Lincoln Park here in New Rochelle, New York. The Concrete Stairwell

consists of eight (8) steps that are each six (6) feet wide. Please see Exhibit E for photos of existing

conditions.
