Vulcan County
Request for Proposal
Vulcan County is accepting Requests for Proposal for the 2025-2027 fencing contract. All fencing will be done as per Vulcan County's Fencing policy #32-1008 (attached). Vulcan County will supply and store all materials required. The number of miles of fencing required per year is dependent upon road construction projects. All requests for proposal must include the following (by the mile):
-price to remove & stockpile permanent fence
-price to install permanent fence
-price to install temporary fence
-price to remove temporary fence
-price to install extra gates at landowners request
-price to haul materials to site
-hourly labour rate for work not included in the fencing policy, such as plank fence at Texas gates
