The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter into a 1-time contracted agreement with Safe States Alliance for fiscal year 2026 and intends to purchase an annual agencywide membership. This is an agreement for a renewal of a membership. Safe States Alliance offers injury and violence prevention material to help organizations with daily work in these areas.
This renewal has been deemed a single source as the Safe States Alliance is the only organization that can provide the necessary resources for the Minnesota Department of Health's Injury Prevention and Mental Health Division to perform the daily work to help keep the lives of Minnesotans safe and healthy.
