QUESTION: Can you please confirm if the prevailing wages are applicable if a current contract is in place?

QUESTION: Can you please confirm whether vendors must be fully certified and listed in VetCert by the quote submission deadline (August 25, 2025) in order to be eligible for award?
ANSWER: Yes. Certification Verification Process for SDVOSBs: Vendors are encouraged to ensure that their certification information is current and accurately reflected in the SBA SBS database: https://search.certifications.sba.gov/. Only quotes submitted by Service-Disabled Veteran Own Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Service- Disabled Veteran Own Small Business will not be considered for award. Note that only VA verified SDVOSBs in the SBA SBS database at the time of contract award will be considered for award and non VIP verified firms will be considered non responsive and ineligible for award. The vendor must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified as an SDVOSB in SBA SBS database https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to receive an award.
